I had a wonderful tasting introduction as a personal chef in Medellin.
My arrival in Medellin marks the true beginning of working as personal chef in Colombia. I bring a variety to the food options which are not typical in MDE.
My menu dishes are unique and continues to expand as I create new dishes. I also create custom dishes for clients. I look forward to cooking for the many expats that are living here short term and long term.
